REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH) Hudson Valley Dental – Hudson, WI

We believe that our hygienists know our patients & their individual needs best! We will support you while you determine the care you want to provide & the time it takes you to give that care to those patients.
- Prophy / Recare : Adults : 45-60 minutes
- New Patient Appointments : 60-90 minutes (depending on patient needs)
- Scaling & Root Planning (2 Quads of SRP) : 1 ½ hours (90 minutes)

Competitive Salary that is based on your experience & financial needs! (Starting $42-52 / hr.!)Stable & Flexible schedule : 2-4 days / week available. (We see patients Monday – Thursday and need support on Wednesday & at least one other day each week. Valid Wisconsin Dental Hygienist licenseTech-savvy with digital records (including digital x-rays, digital scanner, pano, and photos).Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Unafraid of hard work : having vision, grit, and a passion for making a difference.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Roles & Responsibilities
As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health & preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by :
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments : Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care : Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root Planing, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.Patient Education : Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.As a valued member of our team, you'll experience :
