We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on content creation, campaign execution, and digital performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Support: Assist in creating and curating content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and blogs.
- Campaign Coordination: Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Social Media Coordination: Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SubStack—schedule posts, engage with audiences, and monitor performance. Assist with optimizing paid social strategies for better reach and engagement. Monitor influencer partnership content on social media and coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure posts go live and are tracked.
- Data and Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, digital advertising, and social media analytics. Support reporting efforts to measure success and inform future strategy. Pull data and create reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct research on audience demographics, behaviors, and competitors to support campaign targeting and content development.
- Collaboration: Work with content creators (writers, designers, photographers) to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Website Content: Coordinate website updates around new product launches and marketing campaigns. Work with the marketing and creative team to coordinate landing pages, banners, imagery, copy, blog posts, and other website enhancements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or relevant related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, including content strategy and customer journey mapping.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Comfortability with being on camera for social-related posts.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, scheduling platforms (e.g., Later), Hot Jar, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- The ability to reliably commute to Wappingers Falls, NY 12590, for this position.
- The ability to travel as needed (approx. 10% annually).
- US citizen or permanent resident (no Visa sponsorship available).
