We are looking for a creative and eager Marketing Coordinator looking to become an integral part of Hudson Valley Lighting Group’s exciting future! The Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally to coordinate timelines and deliverables for various marketing projects, including but not limited to quarterly product launches, tradeshows, events, designer and influencer partnerships, the development of new marketing content, printed material, swag, and marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with a personal interest and care for interior design.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with and assist the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in brainstorming and coordinating projects and campaigns related to new product releases, trade shows, events, and print marketing.
- Assist in developing and coordinating the quarterly launch marketing calendar, ensuring all launch marketing deliverables are executed and on track for a consistent and successful rollout across all channels.
- Assist in communicating finalized launch strategies and messaging to key internal departments, ensuring a consistent and successful rollout across all channels.
- Assist in the planning and executing tradeshows, events, and IRL activations.
- Attend quarterly tradeshows and events to support marketing events and initiatives.
- Coordinate the ordering and maintaining marketing materials and company promotional materials (swag).
- Coordinate product samples for marketing purposes, including in-house photography and outside photoshoots.
- Assist in the writing and editing copy and content for literature, brochures, and other marketing collateral and coordinate with freelance copywriters as needed.
- Intake and coordinate marketing requests from outside departments, ensuring projects are assigned to the correct people and finished on time through our project management system (Asana).
- Assist the team by creating high-quality and well-designed presentations (Canva & PowerPoint). Coordinate and submit print ads and marketing sponsorship materials. Oversee HVLG’s digital asset management system, ensuring all assets are uploaded correctly and timely.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with influencer marketing needs, including reviewing product wish list stock/gifting availability, contract creation, order placement, tracking, following up for deliverables, and tracking when social deliverables go live.
- As needed, assist the marketing team with website needs, including launch updates, submitting regular website maintenance requests to the web development team, and overseeing completion.
- Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the coordination of the department’s marketing activities and activations, including budget tracking and project coordination in Asana.
- Other marketing administrative and project coordination tasks as needed.

- You have strong project management skills.
- You have the ability to work cross-functionally with various internal departments and external vendors.
- You have experience with Asana or similar project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
- 1 years of marketing experience.
- You have the ability to work on-site in Wappingers Falls, NY.
- You have the ability to travel on domestic flights for up to 15% of the year.
- You are a US citizen or permanent resident (no Visa sponsorship is available).
