Position Summary:
As the public face of the company, the sales associate is responsible for the dealing with (any /all) customer questions about products and services the company offers, A sales associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of company products /services and policies. Critical thinking is a MUST and have the ability to listen/show empathy and tact while adhering to retail policies
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a welcoming manner
- Drive sales though engagement of customers/suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
- Consult with customers to understand needs and preference of wellness products /demonstrate and explain products.
- Direct customers by escorting them to different stations while providing assistance with customer purchases
- Collect payments using POS system/process returns and exchanges
- Meeting and exceeding sales metrics /gaining customer reviews for the store and as an individual.
- Performing other duties as assigned including but not limited to: In store events/outside events/ inventory updates/basic janitorial responsibilities/

- Ability to anticipate customer needs and recommend products
- Quickly learn the POS system
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
