Director of Maintenance/Environmental Services - Nursing Home

Salary: $70K to $72K range plus potential bonuses
A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located near Torrington, CT is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Director of Maintenance/Environmental Services.
Responsibilities:
- The Director of Maintenance/Environmental Servicesis responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services within the facility
- Ensure efficient facility upkeep, repairs, and improvements
- Implement organizational strategies to enhance department performance
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
Qualifications:
- Must have nursing home/long term care experience
- Must have experience as a Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping in long term care
- Must be extremely hands-on
- Must be knowledge of all state and federal regulations
- Ability to drive improvements in maintenance and environmental services
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
