A beautiful, privately owned skilled nursing facility located near Bridgewater, CT is looking for a Part-Time Night Nursing Supervisor (11 : 00PM-7 : 00AM).
RN Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities
- The RN Supervisor is accountable for the administrative, clinical, and professional development of facility personnel for the designated shift.
- The RN Supervisor coordinates, directs, and oversees all aspects of the delivery of nursing care.
- The RN Supervisor demonstrates competence in leadership and relevant clinical experience.
- The RN Supervisor collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals; complies with orders in a timely manner.
- The RN Supervisor conducts unit rounds, ensuring that clinical practices are delivered within the facility's established standards of care.
- The RN Supervisor maintains standards of care in accordance with regulatory agencies.
Qualifications :
- Must have experience in long term care
- Prior experience as a Supervisor or Charge Nurse
- Must have CT RN license
