Regional VP of Operations - LTC
Located throughout the Southern New Hampshire region
Salary: $180K to $250K range; based on experience
A company that owns multiple skilled nursing facilities located throughout the Southern New Hampshire region is looking for a strong Regional VP of Operations.
SUMMARY: The Regional VP of Operations is responsible for ensuring that the assigned region provides a high level of quality care based on established nursing standards and resident rights, while supporting and assisting with the implementation of facility policy and state regulations.
Qualifications of the Regional Director of Operations :
- Must have current New Hampshire Administrator license
- MUST have prior Regional experience in long-term care overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities
- MUST be willing to travel
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience and track record of success as an LNHA
