Collar City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Troy, NY, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing to establish objectives for the nursing department, identify resources, determine required tasks, prioritize actions, implement plans, and monitor feedback.
Analyzes quality metrics and quality measures and develops and implements plans to improve services.
Ensures all State and Federal legal requirements for care and professional standards are met.
Provide employee feedback on performance and conduct education or discipline as necessary.
Must be able and willing to learn how to become certified in infection control.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Blood draw and IV experience a plus
Current unencumbered Registered Nursing license in NYS required.
Prefer 2-3 years’ experience leading a team.
Long term care experience highly desired.
