The role
We are looking for a highly analytical Campaign Specialist to help drive the phenomenal growth we are seeing as the world’s number one complete nutrition brand. You will be a media buying expert across podcasts, YouTubers and /or influencers with great negotiation skills, who is excellent at building relationships. Most importantly, you want to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in from day one - we are a high-growth business and it's all hands on deck.
What we're looking for in you
The role is best suited to someone with at least 2 years of experience working in podcast, YouTube, influencer, and marketing in the US market with a brand or agency background.

💸 A competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience
🕖 Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.

The role
We are looking for a highly analytical Campaign Specialist to help drive the phenomenal growth we are seeing as the world’s number one complete nutrition brand. You will be a media buying expert across podcasts, YouTubers and /or influencers with great negotiation skills, who is excellent at building relationships. Most importantly, you want to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in from day one - we are a high-growth business and it's all hands on deck.
- You will be supporting and leading the end-to-end podcast, influencer and partnerships process including sourcing, negotiations, contracting, admin support and reporting.
- Tracking and data analysis - Utilise data to help you make decisions, optimise budgets and identify opportunities to help us scale and grow our influencer and podcast programs. Testing and reporting will be key responsibilities to help build our channels effectively.
- Working with partners - build strong relationships with agencies, networks and influencers, find the best people and partners to work with and build strong long-term relationships.
- Supporting the wider influencer and partnerships teams to drive performance growth and brand presence.
- Supporting new product launches with bespoke influencer gifting and reporting.
What we're looking for in you
The role is best suited to someone with at least 2 years of experience working in podcast, YouTube, influencer, and marketing in the US market with a brand or agency background.
- You have a growth mindset and a performance-focused background, understanding how to run campaigns that drive ROI and CPA targets. Your strong analytical skills allow you to analyze performance outcomes and optimize campaigns based on learnings.
- Strong collaboration across the business with performance marketing, organic social, PR to amplify content and partnerships. Attribution and MMM experience is a big bonus.
- You’ll be a great communicator and have great relationship skills with podcasts, YouTube, influencers, content creators and / or agents.
- You have budget management skills and know how to track and optimize spend effectively.
- Experience using a podcast, influencer and / or marketing tools. We use Podscribe, Magellan AI, Upfluence, Aspire.
- Knowledgeable about the media landscape and social channels (both established and upcoming).
