FleetForce is hiring for a CDL Recruiter (Success Coach) for their Bradenton, FL office! $50,000 base salary Commissions!

The CDL Recruiter (Success Coach) at FleetForce Truck Driver Training is responsible for onboarding qualified CDL permitted individuals seeking to acquire a CDL License. Work closely with the Placement Coordinator to develop and implement recruiting strategies by building relationships with potential drivers to learn about their needs and goals. The CDL Success Coach provides support to new inquiries throughout the onboarding process, and they assist them in navigating the process to obtain a CDL and permit them to be enrolled into the next possible training class.

Job Duties :

• Make out-bound calls and utilize HubSpot to locate potential drivers and advise them of the exceptional benefits that FleetForce Truck Driver Training must offer if they can achieve a CDL Permit.
• Pre-screen Leads for potential state funding.
• Coach potential leads to study and achieve an 80% pass on practice CLP test.
• Inform applicants about FleetForce Truck Driver Training operations and the benefits it offers vs competitors.
• Schedule DOT physical and Drug Screens.​​​​​​
• Schedule or direct leads to schedule CLP appointment in adequate time frame.
• Provide support to teammates to best serve potential trainees.
• Track, Achieve, and Report KPIs to the Placement Coordinator weekly.
• Manage the Lifecyle of potential drivers as they progress through training.
• Successfully coach 15 leads to Completing CDL PS weekly.
