The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food and beverage or contract manufacturing (CMO) industries.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting team, including oversight of AP/AR, while mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Prepare and oversee accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting processes to support business decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend improvements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including timely tax filings.
- Coordinate audits, oversee cash flow, and support financial analysis for cost-saving opportunities.
- 8 years of finance or accounting experience, including 4 years in a managerial role and in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in financial management, accounting systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (BI/AI tools are a plus).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities focused on accuracy and compliance.
- Effective communication skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and leadership capabilities to manage and motivate teams with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
