Lympha Press is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) as a full-time job in Chadds Ford, PA.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be coordinate all aspects of patient case development and equipment order preparation for durable medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Patient Referrals: Respond promptly to incoming referral requests, ensuring timely and accurate order processing for patients in need of compression therapy.
- Obtain and Review Medical Documentation: Request and thoroughly review medical records from healthcare providers to confirm medical necessity and ensure compliance with patient care guidelines.
- Facilitate Insurance Authorization: Gather and verify all required information to secure insurance approvals and medical necessity documentation, ensuring that patients' needs are met without delay.
- Educate Patients and Families: Provide clear and compassionate explanations of product features, benefits, and financial responsibilities to patients and their families, ensuring they feel supported throughout their therapy journey.
- Manage Patient Intake: Efficiently record patient data, medical necessity, and insurance information into our secure database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for smooth care coordination.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Maintain open communication with territory managers, sales representatives, and healthcare providers to update on order status and address any concerns or changes in patient needs.
- Ensure Order Compliance: Review and approve orders based on insurance guidelines and company protocols, ensuring the proper equipment is delivered to patients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Engage in Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, including e-learning modules, to enhance knowledge and stay updated on industry best practices and product knowledge.
- Contribute to Team Success: Work closely with colleagues, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and support, always prioritizing the patient experience.
