Description

Junior Achievement of Greater Miami has a full-time Director of Fundraising and Development in Miami, Florida.

The Director of Fundraising and Development will enhance our regional impact by leading the creation and implementation of a comprehensive philanthropy program. Junior Achievement offers paid benefits and unlimited PTO.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Build community partnerships and advisor networks to boost fundraising.
  • Create a strategy to attract individual, corporate, foundation, and government donors.
  • Lead the Philanthropy team, providing strategic direction and leadership.
  • Lead the Philanthropy team with strategic guidance.
  • Oversee all gifts, with a focus on planned giving.
  • Collaborate with the President, CEO, Leadership Team, and Board to build.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's preferred)
  • At least 7 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or business development roles.
  • Demonstrated success in securing major gifts and cultivating donor relationships.
  • Proficient in donor management software with strong data analytics skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Pay Range

    83,000.00 Annually to $88,000.00 Annually
