Federal Rent a Fence is hiring a Installation Manager in West Berlin, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate installation and removal requests of fencing from customers.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability information, and address customer inquiries.
• Prepare and optimize daily work schedules for installation crews across 13 branch locations. Generate load charts to accurately allocate materials for daily truck schedules.
• Coordinate with installers, branch managers, and the yard team for timely delivery and pick-up of fencing units. Communicate information and instructions to drivers regarding schedules and route changes.
• Maintain accurate records of job orders, contracts, and customer information, ensuring proper storage in designated systems for seamless billing, removal, and renewal processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure an adequate supply of fencing units.
• Handle urgent requests and provide quick solutions. Keep Dispatch Manager updated on issues and resolution of issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison and support resource for installers, branch managers, and customers.
• Analyze operational activities and report on routing and installation efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines when dispatching installation crews for installations & removals.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dispatch, logistics, or installation role would be advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in overseeing teams performing manual labor.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers, installers, and branch managers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and make effective decisions to handle urgent requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset, fostering effective teamwork and cooperation to achieve common goals.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Approach tasks and interactions with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, contributing to a vibrant and motivated work environment.

This position is located on-site in West Berlin, NJ. Candidates are expected to be able to be in person daily to effectively complete job requirements.
