• Develop and implement HR policies and practices that support our strategic goals
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness
• Act as the primary contact for addressing employee or partner concerns
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS upkeep
• Generate reports on key HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices across the organization
• Work with the VP of People on various strategic project execution
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of human resource / related experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
