We are seeking an HR Generalist to support various HR functions, ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records, facilitating employee relations, overseeing payroll processes, and coordinating benefits administration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling both administrative and strategic HR tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring timely support for employees.
- Manage and maintain employee records within the HRIS System to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and offer processing.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll policies.
- Prepare and submit various HR and payroll reports to Finance and leadership.
- Coordinate internal meetings, interviews, and employee events.
- Develop internal communications.
- Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Maintain compliance with I-9 documentation, employee data security, and company policies.
- Assist in the administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing general HR inquiries and ensuring positive employee engagement.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and fostering a great workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate tracking for employee referral programs, supply orders, and event coordination.
- Ensure adherence to HR best practices while staying informed on industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle sensitive information with discretion, and operate with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
