We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Director to lead and oversee the medical operations of our thriving Medical Spa located near sunny Atlantic Beach, Florida. As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our Medical Spa.

Responsibilities : Medical Oversight :

Provide leadership and medical expertise to ensure the highest standard of patient care in the Medical Spa.

Regulatory Compliance :

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications :

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with a valid Florida medical license.

Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine).

Proven experience in medical aesthetics, including injectables, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both medical and non-medical staff.

Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant medical practice.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
