Real Estate Property Analyst

Scout Land Consultants is hiring a Real Estate Property Analyst job in Greenville, SC.

The Real Estate Property Analyst utilizes digital mapping technology to identify, collect, and screen properties across the country for various real estate uses, including commercial, retail, homes, apartments, and solar farms. The Analyst combs through hundreds of properties a week, screening them for suitability for these various real estate uses. Once an area has been searched and properties screened, the Analyst transfers ownership information into the company database. Finally, the Analyst sets up contact automation systems intended to reach owners through various contact channels and begin the process of securing the property for real estate development.

Our team provides property owners with simple, tailored solutions to maximize the value of their land by leveraging years of experience and a curated network of the nation s top developers. We also provide developers with a national database of prescreened sites for bespoke development and personal relationships with interested landowners.

What you will be doing:

• Using our proprietary mapping technology A LOT to identify and analyze land parcels to screen them for various real estate developments
• Researching property information including boundary lines, ownership, wetlands, sloping, zoning, and other attributes
• Preparing property summary packages for client review, including displaying pictures, roadways and traffic, powerlines, acreage, etc.
• Working heavily with business systems including Client Relationship Management (CRM) databases, spreadsheets, and Google Suite
• Providing administrative support for project managers and the executive team
• Representing the company in a professional and respectful manner consistent with our core values

Job Requirements:

• You are proficient in modern business software including Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and have the ability to learn our company CRM and other company software as needed.
• You are thorough, detail oriented, and have a gift for bringing order to situations and problems that are not always straightforward. You have a make-it-happen attitude.
• You are comfortable with open and unstructured environments. You re a self-starter and can proceed effectively without daily instruction, so long as you are provided clear and specific goals and expectations.
• You ve got a knack for putting together puzzles and embracing new technologies and methods to solve problems.
• Bachelors Degree preferred (Or in process of obtaining).
