FleetForce is hiring a Full-Time Senior Director of Inside Sales and Marketing in Bradenton, FL. $90,000 base salary Commissions!
The Sr. Director of Inside Sales and Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and optimizing an existing inbound sales department. This individual will work with marketing staff to develop and execute online lead-generation campaigns while leading and developing an inbound sales team that fields and converts those leads. This is not a cold calling, prospecting, networking, or relationship-building role.
FleetForce is one of Florida's oldest and largest CDL Truck Driving schools and opening locations all over the state. FleetForce specializes in the development and implementation of customized CDL training programs for our corporate partners across America who want to aggressively expand. FleetForce is a licensed third-party CDL Test Administrator for the State of Florida, and we offer refresher courses for those looking to brush up on their driving skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES : (not all-inclusive)
Lead Generation & Conversion :
- Develop and execute strategies to increase and optimize lead volume, engagement, and conversion.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a motivated inbound sales and marketing team to drive success.
- Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable for performance on a daily and sometimes hourly basis.
- Foster a high-energy, competitive, and winning culture that drives motivation and results.
Budgeting & Revenue Growth :
Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality lead generation while maximizing conversion rates.Continuously analyze marketing performance, adjusting tactics, mediums, and content to optimize lead conversion rates.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :
7 years of proven and verifiable Inbound sales and online marketing leadership experience.Direct oversight of a sales call center and / or inbound sales team.Strong CRM fluency with 5 years building online lead funnels and work flows; Hubspot preferred.All-in" mentality—this department requires full-time dedication.Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust tactics for growth.A successful track record in planning, executing, and optimizing online lead-generation campaigns with measurable results utilizing PPC and social media.Ability to manage multiple projects and a large team in a very fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to develop and inspire your team.Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
