Alliance Environmental Group is hiring for an experienced Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in Azusa, CA. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director of FP&A plays a central role in driving the company's financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, and supporting key decision-making processes, particularly in relation to growth initiatives and M&A activities. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business goals.

As the Sr. Director of FP&A you will : ​​​

• Collaborate with the CFO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies that support rapid growth and expansion, including M&A activities.
• Support post-close integration to ensure seamless transition for all stakeholders.
• Implement a data-driven approach to business management, enhancing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive financial reporting tools to assess company performance and identify opportunities and risks.
• Foster an entrepreneurial culture focused on driving profitable growth through both organic initiatives and strategic partnerships. (i.e., M&A, partnerships, market extensions, etc.).
• Provide financial analysis and support throughout the business development process, including deal analysis, negotiation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Set clear performance targets and drive accountability across all levels of the organization.
