- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant

- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service

- Train, supervise, and support staff members to ensure efficient operations

- Handle inventory management and ensure proper stocking of supplies

- Oversee scheduling and workforce management

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the food service industry
