Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, and product offerings to enhance guest experience.
- Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls in a friendly manner and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintaining a clean and fully stocked lobby.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Ability to adequately handle money and make change.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices is advantageous but not required.
