Position Overview: As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to our recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Assist in food inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
- Support front of house staff during busy periods as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
