Summary :

The Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager will oversee HUF’s social media content strategy, grow the brand’s following, and create new content ideas. Expand HUF’s presence on emerging platforms like TikTok and boost brand visibility through influencer and content creator partnerships and will act as the key link between the brand and e-commerce teams, using social media to drive online sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.)

  • Create and implement content strategies for HUF’s social media channels to align with brand goals.
  • Identify new platforms and trends to expand HUF’s digital presence (e.g., TikTok).
  • Generate innovative content ideas to engage followers and enhance brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and posts.
  • Grow HUF’s social media following across all platforms.
  • Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships with followers.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to promote the HUF brand.
  • Manage partnerships to maximize reach and brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Serve as the strategic link between the brand team and e-commerce team.
  • Leverage social media and content marketing to drive online sales and support e-commerce initiatives.
  • Monitor trends in social media, digital marketing, and influencer marketing to keep HUF ahead of competitors.
  • Adapt strategies to maintain relevance and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-channel promotions to ensure consistency and maximize impact.

Qualifications :

  • 5-7 years of related digital and social media marketing management experience
  • Must be detail-oriented, timeline driven and calendar focused
  • Must have a strong skate and streetwear industry network
  • Strong understanding of retail, wholesale and ecommerce apparel business.
  • Effective proactive communication skills – anticipate challenges and plan solutions
  • Proven track record in leading and working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Proven working experience in brand marketing
  • Excellent budget management skills required
  • Must be able to find creative solutions to solve problems including the willingness to learn new techniques / methods as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, KeyNote, Excel, and Adobe and project management platforms such as Asana.
