- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
