This role involves working on diverse projects such as medical offices, warehouses, fire stations, and historic renovations.
Key Responsibilities
Framing & Structural Work : Construct and install walls, floors, roofs, and partitions for various projects.
Finish Carpentry : Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other finishing elements.
Metal & Wood Construction : Work with both traditional wood and pre-engineered metal building components.
Blueprint Reading : Interpret and execute construction drawings, blueprints, and technical plans accurately.
Site Preparation & Installation : Measure, cut, and shape materials to required specifications using hand and power tools.
Safety & Compliance : Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations while maintaining a clean and secure job site.
Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
Blueprint Proficiency : Ability to read and follow construction blueprints and schematics.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Valid Drivers License : Required for travel to project sites in and around Henderson, NC.
Preferred Qualifications
