Job Overview
Huff Contracting has an immediate opening for an Office Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, overseeing clerical duties, and supporting team management. This position requires proficiency in various office management software, including Microsoft Office 365 suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Educational background and relevant work experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Office Manager and support the staff and executive team.
- Administrative tasks including but not limited to, answering phone calls and email inquires from clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Assist in basic accounting and filing tasks, organizing job files, as well as helping to develop client communication and proposals.
- Handle incoming correspondence and direct it to appropriate staff.
- Organize office supplies and let staff know of inventory levels.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role is required.
- Familiarity with the construction industry, especially General Contractors, a plus.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
