What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Huff Management Co., Inc.?
Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for two apartment complexes. One located in Decherd, TN and the other in Fayetteville, TN. The week will be split between the two properties.
The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
Pay & Benefits
- 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- $18.00 - 19.00 per hour DOE
- $70 monthly fuel $30 cellphone per paycheck reimbursement is provided.
- Position is eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off after 60 days.

- No housing offered with this position.
