Property Management Company seeks property manager for full-time position (40 hrs per week) managing two apartment complexes - one in St Francisville and one in New Roads.
Work schedule: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 4:30pm daily with a 30 min lunch)
The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have valid DL and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history, credit and reference checks prior to starting employment.
- Previous residential property management experience at a tax credit or rural development property preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- 40 hrs per week.
- $16.00-$17.00 per hr, depending upon experience
- $70 per paycheck fuel reimbursement $30 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement
- Position is eligible for health, dental, visition & life insurance benefits paid time off (after 60 days of employment) and paid holidays.
- Uniform shirts provided
- 3-bedroom rent-free unit is available at the St Francisville location. No pets allowed. Security deposit required.
