Intake specialist needed for our high-volume law firm. Huffman & Huffman, Brothers-In-Law, is hiring a paralegal intake specialist for our pre-litigation department. Candidates should have experience with the intake process of personal injury cases, such as collecting information from the new client regarding injuries, accident/incident details, defendant information, biographical data, insurance information and the like. Candidates should have excellent phone skills as well as experience with collecting and processing initial documentation, such as insurance information, photographs, medical data, etc. This position involves speaking directly with new clients, setting up client files in our case management system, and ensuring all information is in order for the case manager paralegal.
