Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team to service/install banking equipment including alarm, cctv, driveup, ATM, safe/vault. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various repair and maintenance tasks; however, we do encourage entry-level trainable learners to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various banking equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks, ensuring all facilities are in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be 21
- Presentable appearance
- Clean driving record and background check
- Physical/drug test required
