Position Overview : As a Solutions Engineer based in our Corvallis, OR office, you will be part of our passionate and innovative technical team. You will become an expert in adapting and commissioning our scanning and optimization solutions. You will be responsible for implementing, validating and optimizing our software to solve customer specific needs, and traveling to the customer site to complete the solution.Responsibilities : Design, implementation and validation of our software, meeting customer-specific requirementsCustomization and commissioning of our scanning optimization solutions in the production line directly in the fieldDevelopment and implementation of software for new machine functions such as computer vision and UX / UI designCollaboration in all Project phases : development, testing, delivery, commissioning and optimizationCooperation with our Customer Support and Sales department in the definition of specific software requirementsPreparation of software documentationRequired Qualifications : 2 year degree in Computer Science or similar (specialization in image processing is a plus)Good understanding of C / C Excellent communication skills in EnglishStructured and autonomous work ethic, with a customer-oriented approachCurious and open mindedAbility to travel worldwide (25% to 75%)High problem-solving skillsStrong relational and communication skillsDrivers LicensePreferred Qualifications : Specialization in image processingBasic knowledge of CUDAFamiliarity with Microsoft Visual Studio.Knowledge of computer vision and image processingBasic knowledge of German, Italian, or French is a huge asset
