We are seeking a proactive and talented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Marketing and Sales Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to support various initiatives aimed at promoting our services, attracting new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
- Help create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials.
- Assist in maintaining industry networking calendar. Schedule meetings and maintain communication with contacts.
Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Assist in maintaining databases of clients, prospects, and marketing contacts.
- Maintain meeting spaces with print materials and refreshments. Monitor for cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Technologically proficient.
- Proficiency in Google products (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for the construction industry and a willingness to learn.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
