About the Role

Duties
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using financial software.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding financial matters.
Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software is highly desirable; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is beneficial but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
