About The Position
The Vice President of Product Support functions as the head of the Product Support team and is responsible for leading the company's Parts and Service Departments' efforts to follow high safety standards, maintain customer and employee satisfaction, and achieve profit goals.
In This Role, You Will
This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.
This position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to numerous
customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.
This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.
Position requires driving vehicle to and from assigned locations and customer locations. The normal auto hazards will apply.

About The Position

In This Role, You Will
- PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION to the Parts and Service Departments, creating a safe and harmonious working environment.
- ACHIEVE HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION through close work with the General Manager of Parts and General Manager of Service.
- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT of the Parts and Service departments, staying on top of market conditions,
- WORK WITH OEM VENDORS developing and maintaining beneficial relationships.
- COLLABORATE WITH KEY HUGG & HALL PERSONNEL including Executive Committee members, the General Manager of Parts, and the General Manager of Service to implement best practices within the company.

- Minimum 5 years managerial experience, preferably in a related industry
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and account management
- Strong operational leadership and management skills
- Financial acumen
- minimum 21 years of age
- ability to travel 30% of the time
- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of successful leadership
- Ability to champion and lead change
- Ability to grow and manage business-to-business sales
- Computer and accounting skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
