Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone safety-focused with strong communication and team-building skills to join our team as a Delivery Supervisor. ABOUT THE POSITION
Delivery Supervisors function as part of the Delivery Department and are responsible for managing driver performance and safety.
In this role, you will :
- Manage Driver Safety by coaching for safety and ensuring compliance with DOT and OSHA
- Manager Delivery Department Assets by ensuring inspections, coordinating preventative maintenance, and maintaining driver coverage
- Manage Driver Reporting via data collection and meeting with the Dispatch team for team assignment and performance assessments
