What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Manager position at Hugh Baby's BBQ & Burger Shop?
Our Assistant General Managers are strong leaders responsible for driving the successful day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including assisting the General Manager with managing FOH and BOH teams and the entire guest experience, training and developing our crew, and handling all the P&L responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications (You MUST):
- Bring at least three (3) years of previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Have proven leadership skills
- Excel at coaching, training, and developing our people to deliver excellence at every level
- Bring a minimum of three (3) years of P&L responsibilities
- Be positive and hospitable by nature
- Be responsive and adaptable
- Bring an understanding of financial aspects and business operations of restaurants
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities (You MUST):
- Positively lead, develop, and inspire your entire team
- Oversee Management team (including Management payroll & scheduling)
- Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
- Control all food and labor costs
- Grow a deep bench of future leaders
- Manage the physical building/facility
