About the Role:**
- Lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless operations within the Surgical Services Department.
- Develop and implement strategies for the management of PreOp, IntraOp, PACU, and SPD areas.
- Collaborate with unit personnel, medical staff, and hospital administration to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided within the department.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
- Current valid North Carolina licensure as a Registered Nurse with biannual renewal.
- Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and CNOR.
- Progressive nursing experience required, with greater than three years' surgical services experience.
- Nurse leadership and preceptor experience.
