Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies developed by Account Executive/Executive Director for Yadkin Valley Home Health. Communicates the benefits of home health services with the community and referral sources. Works to meet target volumes and overall improvement of the department.Education and Formal Training:Associates degree preferred, consideration given to those applicants with sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow professionally.
Work Experience:1-2 years of sales experience desired.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Excellent organizational and people skills; visionary, creative; ability to work alone or in committees; high community visibility and commitment. Must demonstrate personal initiative, poise, and confidence. Ability to use computer.
