Summary
Come work with a team of experienced and highly skilled physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners as the Assistant Hospitalist Director for Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. The Assistant Hospitalist Director provides management of the hospitalist group including oversight of team and individual performance/adherence to standards. The Assistant Hospitalist Director will work directly with the Hospitalist Director and Executive Team and will represent the hospitalist group in various committees/working groups that require hospitalist representation. The Assistant Hospitalist Director will co-lead the hospitalist group in the development, implementation and sustainment of quality and throughput measures/process improvement projects. The Assistant Director will interface with other practices, practitioners, departments and allied health services to promote/facilitate collaboration and effective operations. Clinical shifts will be a required portion of this role. Hugh Chatham runs an open ICU managed by hospitalists. Experienced applicants only.
