Requirements:
· Tech savvy and computer literate
· Quick learner and coachable
· Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives
· Must be able to obtain insurance licenses (Property and Casualty)
Responsibilities:
· Establish client relationships with State Farm policyholders and follow up as needed
· Quote and bind new and renewed State Farm policies with company-provided leads
· Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
