No direct supervision responsibilities

Fulfills tasks assigned by a supervisor and/or the institutional learning unit

Prepares reports, handles information requests, and performs administrative functions such as scanning/faxing/filing/sorting mail and documents

Performs office errands
-
Provides excellent customer service when contacting internal/external clients to obtain/provide information

Demonstrates a commitment to a process of continuous improvement

Learns technical skills related to the industry

Accounting
-
Files deposited checks, voided checks, cleared escrow checks, trust receipts, and AP invoices

Enters settlement worksheets into case management system

Takes inventory and restocks office items

W9 maintenance- saving, keeping files updated, and TIN matching

Reliable and dependable in performing job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects, meeting deadlines and appointments.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to efficiently multitask

Ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously while remaining professional and courteous

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Enrollment in an accredited educational institution related to the internship

Proficiency in Microsoft Products

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
