What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Dental Receptionist position at Hughes Dental Arts Implant Center?
We are looking for someone to join our team!
We are a fast paced dental office that focuses on giving the best quality in care! Our offices main focus is on dental implants, all on x, 3 on 6, cosmetic dentistry, and everything in between! DUTIES:
-Answering phones, scheduling patients, taking messages, providing info on our treatment options
-Taking payments, closing out the day, doing deposits
-Entering dental insurance, submitting claims, and making sure we get paid! :)
-Entering, presenting and explaining complex dental treatment plans.
- Basic office duties-filing, keeping up with consents forms, paying bills, submitting payroll
-Possibly man the phones on days off.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Those with experience in the dental field will be given top billing, although it is not required it is strongly encouraged
- Familiarity with dental software, Dentrix is preferred but not required
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
