Job overview:
We're seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll provide exceptional customer service, hospitality, and administrative support to ensure a welcoming and consistent experience for all guests.
Schedule:
PART TIME - There are 2 schedules that will rotate depending on the day and coverage needed.
Morning Shift: 8 am - 12 pm
Afternoon Shift: 12 pm - 5 pm

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, members, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct inbound calls to the correct recipients for multiple entities
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and retrieving information for clients and walk-ins
- Manage front desk operations, including opening and closing the office as required
- Perform other tasks including organizing files, supplies, etc. as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties
- Strong relational, interpersonal, telephone, and written skills, expressed with warmth, empathy, and confidence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing and professional personality, with a commitment to customer service
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Special Requirements: Must be able to pass controlled substance tests prior to, and at all times, during employment.
