What's the job?
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Engineer to support our project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, communication, and coordination, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
A day in the life:
- Support and Documentation; Manage RFI's, Submittals, project logs, and all other reports
- Scheduling & Coordination; Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring smooth workflow
- Meetings and Collaboration; Attend, document meeting minutes, and communicate with stakeholders
- Closeout & Quality Control; Support punch lists, warranty management, closeout document management, and ensure successful project completion
What we're looking for:
- Education; 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent applicable work experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Understanding of construction processes and documentation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
