Job overview:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant (PMA) to provide administrative support to our Project Managers and their teams. As a PMA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service to clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for all project phases including but not limited to procurement, planning, design, preconstruction, construction, closeout, and warranty
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and files
- Manage phone calls, emails, and meeting arrangements for Project Managers
- Maintain confidential information and interact with various entities and individuals
- Scan, organize, file, and archive documents
- Attend in-house meetings as requested
Qualifications:
- 2 years job related experience
- 4 year degree or trades experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Timberline/Sage, and Procore
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
