Job Title: Retail Store Clerk
Reports to: General Manager
Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
Location: HQ Tacoma, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Store Clerk needed for a small newly opened Janitorial supply retail and safety rental store Top Choice Supplies sells Janitorial Supplies, Safety Supplies and Rental of traffic control equipment. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Able to understand customer’s needs and provide them with the best possible solution. Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy challenges. Excellent verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory count, order supplies, and equipment needed.
- Assist GM on daily task assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Able to use a POS machine.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be well organized and able to perform duties independently.
- Innovative
- Strong clerical skills or administrative
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a preemployment background screen
- Desired but not required: In Janitorial supplies and equipment rental experience; 1 years or more experience (preferred)
- Required: Excellent computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, social media, etc.)
- Required: Reliable transportation
- Outstanding Customer Service knowledge and experience.
- Retail: 2 years (Preferred)
Physical Demands- Able to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50lbs (Required)
