Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and exceed sales targets.
• Train, coach, and develop store staff to provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Nurture relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare sales performance and inventory reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the home improvement or outdoor living industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A knowledge of swimming pools, hot tubs, and related products is an asset.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
