Stainless Steel Metal Fabricator : Monticello, W isconsin
A trusted leader in the cheese industry since 1863, a well-established company in Monticello, Wisconsin, is seeking a Stainless-Steel Metal Fabricator to join their Fabrication Department. This role is instrumental in maintaining their legacy of quality and reliability by ensuring the fabrication, assembly, and installation of stainless-steel components for food processing and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities of the Stainless-Steel Metal Fabricator :
Fabrication :
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for metal fabrication.
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape stainless steel sheets, plates, and pipes using specialized tools.
- Assemble and weld stainless steel components to create structures and machinery.
Installation & Maintenance :

Safety & Compliance :
Collaboration & Communication :
Stainless Steel Metal Fabricator Requirements and Qualifications :
Proven experience in stainless steel metal fabrication, preferably in food manufacturing or processing.
In-depth knowledge of stainless-steel properties and metal fabrication techniques.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical conditions.
Pay for Fabricator : $25 - $27 / hour including hourly performance bonus.
Fabricator Benefits :
Type : 1st Shift, Full-time, Direct Hire.
Schedule : Monday – Friday from 7 : 00am - 4 : 30pm.
