Set Up Operator :   Delavan, WI

Our customer in Delavan, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Set Up Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. They are seeking motivated individuals to join their team who can contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities of the  Set Up Operator :

• Receive work assignments; drawings, sequence of operations and machine requirements such as feeds, speeds, dimensions and tolerances
• Setup all department machines with multiple spindles and turrets
• Grind tools and set up machines for operations
• Set speeds, feeds, tooling arrangements and operational sequences
• Select and prepare correct part(s) and load into machine
• Operate machine(s) as required through manipulating levers, hand wheels and by engaging power, adjusting flow of coolant, observing operations, checking dimensions and adjusting as necessary

Set Up Operator   Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for  Set Up Operator :  $18-25 / hour.

Set Up Operator   Benefits :

Type :  1st Shift, Full-time

Schedule :  Monday – Thursday or Tuesday - Friday from 5am - 3pm.
